Mini Manali Escape – 1 Night / 2 Days Package

Inclusions

• Pickup and drop from the nearest airport or railway station by private AC vehicle

• 1-night accommodation in a deluxe hotel (double occupancy)

• 1 breakfast and 1 dinner at the hotel

• Sightseeing by private car as per itinerary

• All toll taxes, driver allowance, and parking charges

Exclusions

• Airfare or train tickets from Hyderabad

• Lunches and personal snacks

• Entry fees to monuments, sightseeing spots, and adventure activities

• Any personal expenses such as laundry, tips, or additional sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary

Payment Terms

• 35% of the total package amount to confirm the booking (non-refundable)

• 35% payment to be made 25 days before the trip start date

• Remaining 30% payment must be cleared 2 days before the trip starts

• All payments should be made through the agreed payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.)

• Delay in scheduled payments may lead to cancellation of booking without refund

Terms & Conditions

• Guests must arrange their own travel to the nearest airport or railway station in Himachal Pradesh (Bhuntar or Joginder Nagar)

• Standard check-in and check-out times apply as per the hotel policy

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges

• Any changes to the confirmed itinerary or extra sightseeing may attract additional charges

• Package rates are subject to availability at the time of final booking

• In case of cancellation, any eligible refund will be processed within 15 working days via the original payment method

• Prices do not include travel insurance or any medical coverage
