Booking Policy

For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:

1st Payment: 30% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

2nd Payment: 40% upon confirmation of hotel bookings.

3rd Payment: 30% of the total cost to be paid 7 days before the trip.

Amendment Policy

If guests wish to modify their travel plans 48 hours after booking, an amendment charge of Rs. 1000 per person will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.

30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.

15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.

Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.

This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.

Child Policy

Child age 1 to 5 will be complementary.

Child 5 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the package cost.

Begin your trip just the way you like
When you arrive at the railway station in NJP or the Airport in Bagdogra, you will be greeted by our representative. After that, you will be transferred to the Traveller’s Paradise hotel in Darjeeling where you will have to complete some usual formalities for the check-in. How to spend the rest of the day is completely upon you as today you are free to spend all the time by yourself. You can venture around nearby or simply rest for the day in the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Info Day: 2 Darjeeling and Tiger Hill Sightseeing

Set off for the sightseeing of this beautiful hill station
The day begins with an early morning drive to the Tiger Hills. here, you will be able to witness the most beautiful sunrise which you can ever experience. This place is known for the sunrise where the peaks of the Kanchenjunga appear even before the sun elevates up the horizon. After watching this beautiful sunrise, visit Ghoom Monastery which is known for its 15 feet statue of Maitreya Buddha and Batasia Loop which is a spiral railway created to see the beautiful green hills. After you reach back to the hotel, have a hearty breakfast, and then we will set off for other sightseeing places.
You will be visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute situated in the scenery hills of Darjeeling. It is a premier institute which was founded by Jawaharlal Nehru. Next, get to enjoy Darjeeling Ropeway (extra charges). Moving forward, explore Happy Valley Tea Estate, which is Darjeeling's second oldest tea estate. The last place that you will be visiting for the day is Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. After such a long day you will need a nice sleep. You can stay overnight at the hotel in Darjeeling.
Tip: Shop for woolen shawls & carpets, carved wooden items, leather jackets, coats, & pretty ornaments from the Tibetan Refugee Center.
