  • Day 1
    Info  NJP Railway Station-Darjeeling (80 km/3 hr) - 23 June 2025
    Upon arrival at NJP Rly Stn meet our Purba Holidays representative or driver. Our journey begins from NJP Rly Stn to Darjeeling. On reaching Darjeeling, check in to the hotel and rest of the day free at leisure. Have your Dinner and overnight stay at Darjeeling.

    Info  Darjeeling: Local Sightseeing
    Early morning at 4:00 AM check out of the hotel and visit Tiger Hill (sunrise point over Mt. Khangchendzonga). Visit Ghoom Monastery on the way back, subject to permit availability. After breakfast, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, the Tea Garden (outer view), the Pace Pagoda, the Japanese Temple, and the Rope Way (tickets are guest owned). After lunch, you can go shopping along the famous mall road. Evening your can explore most famous Joy Ride (Toy Train).  Darjeeling is the destination for a night's halt.

    Info  Darjeeling- Gangtok (100 km/4 hr) & Gangtok Sightseeing
    In the morning, drive to Gangtok from Darjeeling. Upon arrival check in to the hotel at Gangtok. In the afternoon visit Bonjhakri Waterfalls, Flower Show, Handicraft centre, Dro-Dul Chorten and the Institute of Tibetology (Sunday Closed). In the evening, we come back to the hotel and rest of the day free at leisure. Stay at Gangtok for the night.

  • Day 4
    Info  Gangtok: Trip to Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir-New
    In the morning, we will continue our journey for a half day trip to Tsomgo lake, which is only 32 km from Gangtok city, the lake is about 1 km long and 15 meters deep. After that drive for 12 km to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (new). In the afternoon you will be returning back to Gangtok and the rest of the day will be free to enjoy yourself. Stay at Gangtok for the night.

    Booking Policy

    For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:

    1st Payment: 30% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

    2nd Payment: 40% upon confirmation of hotel bookings.

    3rd Payment: 30% of the total cost to be paid 7 days before the trip.

    Cancellation Policy

    45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.

    30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.

    15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.

    Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.

    This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.
