• Morning: Pickup from Alipurduar Railway Station / Hotel

• Drive to Phuentsholing (approx. 3.5 hrs)

• Complete immigration formalities at the Bhutan entry gate

• Drive to Paro (approx. 4.5–5 hrs through scenic mountain roads)

• Evening: Check-in at hotel, rest

• Overnight Stay: Paro

• Morning: Breakfast at hotel

• Visit:

  • National Museum of Bhutan (Ta Dzong)

  • Rinpung Dzong (Paro Dzong)

  • Kyichu Lhakhang (one of Bhutan’s oldest temples)

  • Drukgyel Dzong (ruins of a historic fortress)

• Evening at leisure for shopping or walk around Paro town

• Overnight Stay: Paro

• Morning: Early breakfast and drive to base point of Tiger’s Nest

• Begin hike to Taktsang Monastery (approx. 4-5 hrs round trip)

  • Optional pony hire for part of the hike

• Return to hotel by evening

• Evening: Relax or enjoy a hot stone bath (optional, extra charge)

• Overnight Stay: Paro

• Morning: Breakfast and check-out

• Drive back to Phuentsholing, clear Bhutan immigration

• Proceed to Alipurduar (drop-off at railway station or hotel)

• Tour Ends with happy memories

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Policy

For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:

1st Payment: 30% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

2nd Payment: 40% upon confirmation of hotel bookings.

3rd Payment: 30% of the total cost to be paid 7 days before the trip.

Amendment Policy

If guests wish to modify their travel plans 48 hours after booking, an amendment charge of Rs. 1000 per person will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.

30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.

15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.

Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.

This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.

The above cost DOES NOT include Sustainable Development Fee (SDF)/ permit charges.

Please make sure that guest carries the following in order to obtain permit on arrival:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months’ validity for the date when travel ends)/ voter ID card (no e-EPIC downloaded version or any scanned copy)
• 04 passport size photographs, not older than six months, color copy, portrait style with eyes open and forehead & ears clearly visible, in white background without border.
• Cash of INR 2,800/- per adult (please make sure to carry the exact amount in change)
