Important T&C:

1. The driver will wait for 5-10 mins in case of SIC transfers and 20-25 mins in case of private transfers.
2. In case of island tours, the pick-ups are typically early morning and we request the guests to be on time to avoid missing the ferry & covering all sightseeing.
3. If ferry is involved in any of the transfers, and the guests do not arrive at the same time they will have to pay again for the next ferry.
4. Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
5. Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
6. We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
