Terms & Conditions

• Itinerary Flow: Sightseeing is followed as per the pre-planned itinerary. Any deviation or additional stops will be subject to extra charges.
• Operational Factors: Access to certain sites depends on weather, road conditions, and local administrative permits. If a site is closed, we will try to provide a suitable alternative.
• Time Management: To cover all planned spots, we request travellers to adhere to the pickup timings suggested by the driver/guide.
• Entry Fees & Activities: Unless explicitly mentioned as "Included," all entry tickets, guide charges, and optional activities (like rafting or camel rides) are to be paid directly by the traveller.
• Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for sightseeing missed due to personal delays, late starts, or weather-related closures.
• Closing Days: We do our best to plan around weekly holidays (like Mondays for certain museums), but we recommend travellers double-check specific interests in advance.
• Vehicle Type: We guarantee the category booked (e.g., SUV/Sedan), though specific models or colors may vary based on availability.
• Safety First: Our drivers are experienced professionals. For your safety, they maintain full discretion over driving speed; aggressive driving requests will not be entertained.
• Mountain Travel: To ensure engine safety on steep climbs, AC may be switched off in hilly or high-altitude areas.
• Timings: Standard sightseeing is included. Excursions after 7:00 PM or outside the itinerary will incur extra charges as per driver rates.
• Coordination: Driver and vehicle details will be shared one day prior to your trip.
• Breakdowns: If a technical issue exceeds 2 hours, we will refund the specific sightseeing cost upon receipt of a verified alternative travel bill.
• Support: Please report any vehicle or driver concerns on the same day so we can resolve them immediately.
• Luggage: If you require a roof carrier, please notify us at least 10 days before departure.
• Policy: During peak dates/weekends, vehicles operate strictly on an itinerary basis. No refunds are provided for unused services.
• Reliability: We provide immediate replacements in case of driver or vehicle emergencies.
• AC Schedule: Air conditioning in Deluxe Houseboat is typically available from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM only.
• Houseboat Types: Amenities and décor vary by category (Deluxe, Premium, or Luxury).
• Hotel Availability: If a chosen hotel is sold out or unavailable, we will provide a similar alternative in the same category.
• Dietary Needs: Please communicate specific preferences (Jain, Veg, Non-Veg) directly to the staff upon check-in.
• The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 03 days before starting of your Trip.
• Booking policy is subject to change depending upon the travel period and destinations opted for.
• 100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels.
• There is no AC in Munnar and Thekkady by default , please do let us know your requirement so we can revise the quotes.
