After breakfast, embark on an unforgettable full-day excursion to some of Gangtok’s most scenic and spiritual landmarks. Start with a visit to the Tsomgo (Changu) Lake (12,400 ft), a stunning high-altitude glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. In December, you may find snow blanketing the area, making it look straight out of a postcard. Enjoy a yak ride, sip on traditional butter tea, and take in the breathtaking reflections of the sky on the crystal-clear waters. Continue to the revered Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a sacred shrine honoring an Indian Army soldier-saint, believed to protect soldiers in the region. Draped in colorful prayer flags, the temple radiates peace and reverence.

In the evening, visit Enchey Monastery, a serene hilltop retreat, and the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, showcasing rare manuscripts and thangkas.

After breakfast, drive to Lachung (8,600 ft), a charming mountain village nestled in the pristine valleys of North Sikkim. The journey offers breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, lush forests, and glistening rivers.

En route, stop at Singhik View Point for mesmerizing vistas of Mt. Khangchendzonga, followed by visits to the spectacular Seven Sister Waterfall and the scenic Naga Waterfall, perfect for short breaks and photography.

Upon arrival in Lachung, check in at your hotel and relax amidst the serene surroundings.

Early in the morning, drive to the breathtaking Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft), famously known as the Valley of Flowers, surrounded by snow-clad peaks and blooming alpine flowers during spring. Spend time exploring the valley’s scenic beauty and visit the natural hot springs, believed to have healing properties.

(Optional: You can continue to Zero Point (15,300 ft), where snow is found almost year-round; this visit comes at an additional cost.)

After exploring, return to Lachung for lunch and then drive back to Hotel.

• After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Gangtok (approx. 125 km / 6–7 hrs).

• En route, enjoy the scenic mountain views, waterfalls, and valleys.

  • Do Drul Chorten Stupa

After breakfast, drive to Pelling enjoying the scenic journey through winding mountain roads.

• On arrival in Pelling, check in at the hotel and proceed for half-day local sightseeing, covering:

  • Pelling Skywalk – India’s first glass skywalk

  • Chenrezig Statue

  • Rimbi Waterfall

  • Khecheopalri Lake (wish-fulfilling lake) (if time permits)

Return to Hotel in the evening. Dinner and Overnight stay at the Hotel in Pelling.

After breakfast, enjoy half-day sightseeing in Pelling, visiting major attractions such as:

• Pemayangtse Monastery – one of the oldest monasteries in Sikkim

• Rabdentse Ruins – the ancient capital of Sikkim offering scenic valley views

• Kanchenjunga Falls (if time permitting)

• After sightseeing, drive to Darjeeling, enjoying beautiful mountain views and lush tea gardens along the way.

Early morning (around 4:00 AM), drive to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga.

• On the return, visit:

• Return to the hotel for breakfast.

• After breakfast, if time permits, explore:
