Day 1: Delhi to Shimla – The Journey Begins

Your Himalayan adventure starts with a warm meet and greet at Karol Bagh, where our tour guide welcomes you and briefs you about the exciting days ahead. After settling your luggage, begin your scenic drive to Shimla – the charming “Queen of Hills.” Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll along Mall Road and The Ridge, surrounded by colonial charm and breathtaking mountain views.
Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 2: Shimla to Kalpa – Into the Valleys of Kinnaur

After breakfast, check out and begin your picturesque drive towards Kalpa. Enroute, visit Kufri, a serene hill station famous for its snow views and Himalayan wildlife. Continue via Narkanda, known for its apple orchards and panoramic mountain scenery. Explore Bhusar Palace in Rampur – an architectural gem reflecting Kinnauri culture, and admire the mighty Karchham Dam before reaching Kalpa.
Check into your hotel, enjoy dinner, and rest amidst the peaceful Kinnauri landscape.

Day 3: Kalpa to Tabo via Nako and Gue – Journey through Time and Terrain

After breakfast, visit the famous Suicide Point of Kalpa – a spot offering dramatic cliffs and awe-inspiring views of the Sutlej River below. Continue your journey through the changing landscapes of Spiti Valley. Witness the magical Sangam, the confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti Rivers, and visit the tranquil Nako Village and Lake, a tiny hamlet surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
Further ahead, explore Gue Monastery, home to the ancient, naturally preserved Gue Mummy, a fascinating relic of Buddhist history. By evening, arrive at Tabo, known as the “Ajanta of the Himalayas.”

Day 5: Exploring Kaza – Monasteries, Villages & New Year Celebration

After breakfast, set out to explore the high-altitude villages of Spiti. Visit the iconic Key Monastery, the largest monastery in the valley and a symbol of spiritual serenity. Cross the dramatic Chicham Bridge, Asia’s highest suspension bridge, and visit the remote villages of Langza, Komic, and Hikkim – known for their fossil-rich fields, ancient monasteries, and the world’s highest post office.
Return to Kaza in the evening and explore the lively Kaza Market. As night falls, celebrate New Year’s Eve with DJ, bonfire, unlimited snacks, and a special dinner featuring authentic local dishes made from Spitian sheep and goat meat. Overnight stay in Kaza.
