Uttarey–Phalut Trekking Itinerary (6 Days / 5 Nights)

Pickup from NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport.
Scenic drive via Jorethang and Dentam to Uttarey (approx. 140 km).
Evening at leisure, explore Uttarey village and surroundings.
Overnight stay: Uttarey Homestay.

Start early morning trek from Uttarey (approx. 8–10 km).
The trail passes through dense forests and beautiful ridges.
Packed lunch en route.
Overnight stay: Tent / Forest Hut at Chitre.

Trek from Chitre to Kalijar (approx. 10 km).
Enjoy panoramic views of the Singalila range.
Witness mesmerizing sunset over Mt. Kanchenjunga.
Overnight stay: Camp at Kalijar.

Early morning trek to Phalut, one of the highest points of the Singalila ridge.

View the Sleeping Buddha range (Kanchenjunga massif) in its full glory.

Explore the ridge and relax amidst alpine meadows.

Overnight stay: Phalut Trekkers Hut / Camp.
 

Descend to the beautiful Gorkhey valley (approx. 12 km).
Enjoy the scenic walk through forests and rhododendron groves.
Evening free to explore the charming riverside village.
Overnight stay: Gorkhey Homestay

Morning short trek to Srikhola (2–3 hrs).
Drive back to NJP / Bagdogra (approx. 7 hrs).
Tour Ends with beautiful memories of the Singalila trek.

*Booking Policy*
For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows: 1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking. 2nd Payment: 50% of total package payment will be done before 7 days of your departure.

*Cancellation Policy* 45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost. 30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted. 15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable. Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable. This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.

*Child Policy* Child 1 to 5 years will be complementary. Child above 5 years to 11 years will be charge 50% of the package cost. Child above 11 years will be treated as an adult.
