we don’t confirm window or aisle seat and there is no option to select same as well. If you want upgrade to 1st class then

For air tickets cancellation as per airline policy - same can be checked with airline as well
Land Package Cancellation charges - Which includes hotels, transfers, sightseeing ,trains, buses & ferries.

15 days prior to departure - 30 % of Package Cost
7 Days prior to departure - 50% of Package Cost
3 to 7 Days prior to departure - 75 % of Package Cost
3 Days prior to departure - 100% of Package Cost
