INCLUSIONS:

• Accommodation on twin sharing basis in hotels mentioned.
• Breakfast included – CP Plan.
• Entrance Fees for Cellular Jail and Sound & Light Show.
• Complementary Candid Photography at Portblair or Havelock.
• Complementary Welcome Cake.
• Port Blair – Havelock – Neil Island – Port Blair will be by Makruzz/Green Ocean/Nautika/ITT as per availability.
• AC Vehicles as per group size on Private basis.
• Vehicle is not at disposal - means it is for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary only.
• Special assistance at all points by Venture Destination Experts.

EXCLUSIONS:

• Anything not mentioned in inclusions.
• Additional / personal use of vehicle.
• Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, porterage, tips, etc.
• Flight Fare or any other mode of Transport used to reach Andaman.
• Any additional sightseeing which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Cost incurred due to flight / Ferry cancellation by the respective service provider.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 30% of total package cost needs to be deposited for Booking Confirmation.
• Remaining 70% of the total package cost needs to be deposited on the day of arrival after check in at Hotel.
• All Modes of Payment will be accepted(Google Pay, Phone Pay, Paytm, Net Banking Debit Card, Credit Card).
• Gateway charges (3.5%) will be applicable on the payments done on Venture Destination Website.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 30 Days or more before departure – 25% of the total package cost will be applicable as cancellation penalty.
• 29- 20 Days before Departure - 50% of the total package cost will be applicable as cancellation penalty.
• Less than 19 Days before Departure – 100% of the total package cost will be applicable as cancellation penalty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Rates are Valid till 31^st Mar 2025.
• Above cost not valid period of 15^th Dec to 15^th Jan. In this period peak season cost applicable.
• Complimentary Once a Tour (non-refundable if activity gets cancelled)
• Price is based on the "Base" Category of Hotel Room/Airlines Seats/Ferry Seats. This is Irrespective of the Package Category Chosen.
• Upgrade to Higher Category is available at an extra cost.
• Classification and Standard: Hotels in Andaman are less on amenities if compared to a similar category in Indian Metros.
• Accommodation is provided in Mentioned or Similar Hotels.
• An early morning check-out time at around 8:00 hrs for most hotels.
• For early check in / late checkout / extending of stay, subjected to the availability.
• All special requests like early check-in, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior. Any expenses arising out of this is to be borne by the customer.
• Consumption and serving of alcohol in hotels / rooms is subject to hotel's rules and regulations.
• For meal plans, menu will be on fixed plan/ buffet basis depending on occupancy level.
• MAP and AP Meal plans do not include Evening snacks and cold drinks / liquor.
• Vehicles are used as per the itinerary and cover the mentioned sightseeing only. Extra Sightseeing on extra charges Vehicles are Limited and the SUVs (Xylo, Ertiga, Scorpio,Sedan) are mostly provided.
• Vehicle Transfers are primarily point-to-point. Same vehicle and Driver Does not stay with the guest for the entire tour.
• We use Inter-Island Ferries between 03 island (Port Blair, Havelock, Neil) operated by Private Companies (Makruzz, Green Ocean, Coastal Cruise, Nautika) The sailing of Private Ferries is subject to weather condition. In case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag, the guests will give alternate sailing on Government Ferry.
• Incidental Charges Due to Unforeseen situations (force majeure/ traffic jams / traffic halts/ diversions/ bandh/ curfew, Union strike, VVIP movement, etc.) - We will request you to bear with us the situations beyond our control. We will arrange for alternate sightseeing. In case of discontinued inter-island ferry due to technical snag or bad weather, no refund on the hotel booking will be provided and alternate accommodations (as per availability) are managed in the island where you have to stay back.
• Guests to carry their ID Proofs with Address (except Pan Card) - Passport/Voter ID/DL/Aadhar is valid photo ids in Andaman.
• Please follow the stipulated timings for the sightseeing trips / activities as informed by our representative.
• Itinerary can be shuffled without any prior notice.
• No refund for Complimentary Activities cancelled or unutilized due to reasons beyond our control (natural/technical).
• Andaman is a Tropical island, with temperature averaging between 23 - 32 degrees year round. Being Tropical, rain is difficult to predict. So light showers throughout the year is no surprise. Cyclones may disrupt ferry movements any time of the year and not necessarily monsoon. In case of discontinued ferries, no refund of on the booked arrangement but we do manage the alternate sightseeing and accommodation basis availability.
