About Rajsamand
Rajsamand is a small town located in Rajasthan, India. It is known for its large artificial lake, the Rajsamand Lake. The town is also known for its marble and granite quarries. Rajsamand Lake, the world's second-largest man-made lake, gives the city its name. Other religions see the area as sacred, in addition to the well-known ancient buildings of Kumbhalgarh and Haldighati. Shrinathji's temple, which was the Vaishnav community's principal god, was located here.
