Chief architect Chandrakant Bhai Sompura designed the temple in the Nagara style, adhering to Vastu Shastra principles. Location of Ram Mandir

 

Situated in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, the temple occupies 2.77 acres of disputed land acknowledged by the Supreme Court as Lord Ram's birthplace. 

 

 

Encompassing 54,700 sq ft, the temple complex sprawls across nearly 2.7 acres of land. The entire Ram Temple Complex, covering almost 70 acres, is designed to accommodate approximately a million devotees simultaneously.

 

 

Impressively measuring 360 ft in length, 235 ft in width, and 161 ft in height, the temple surpasses existing structures in the old city threefold. Featuring five domes and a tower housing the Garbh Griha (sanctum), the design allows sunlight to illuminate the idol of Ram Lalla.

Main Sanctum (Garbhagriha): The Garbhagriha of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir is dedicated to Ram Lalla, portraying Lord Rama as an infant.
