The Everest Base Camp Trek is one of Nepal’s most iconic Himalayan adventures, taking trekkers through the heart of the Khumbu region to Everest Base Camp at 5,364 meters.

This 14-day journey begins in Kathmandu and includes a scenic flight to Lukla before following the classic trail through Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche and Gorakshep. The itinerary includes important acclimatization days in Namche Bazaar and Dingboche before reaching Everest Base Camp.

A sunrise hike to Kala Patthar at 5,545 meters offers spectacular views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and surrounding Himalayan peaks. Along the route, trekkers experience Sherpa villages, Buddhist monasteries, suspension bridges, Sagarmatha National Park and the dramatic Khumbu Glacier.
