There are a number of free walking tours available, or you can download a free Brisbane City Walk app from the Visit Brisbane website. If you're looking to explore beyond the CBD, there are a number of excellent Brisbane City Council-run bikeways and walking trails throughout the city. Brisbane is also well serviced by public transport, including buses, trains and ferries. Tickets can be purchased from vending machines at train stations and ferry wharves, or from bus drivers.
