Starting May 1, 2022, Arunachal Pradesh will conduct the second Trans Arunachal Drive. The Department of Tourism, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, is holding events, which aspire to showcase the state's tourist attractions, destinations, and biodiversity sites. The event will also offer you a sense of how the state is transitioning into modernity by combining traditional and innovative methods.
The event is part of the state department's "Dekho Apna Desh, Dekho Apna Pradesh" campaign, which will be a draw for both locals and tourists. The journey will last 12 days and cover 2000 kilometres. The Trans-Arunachal Highway, which has two lanes, is currently under construction in the state. From Roing, the event will be signalled.

The route will take participants from Roing to Anini, the state's least-explored region; to Bomjir, in the Lower Dibang Valley district; Mehuka, known for its medicinal snow-fed Rivers and streams; Pasighat, a historic town; Pakke-Kessang, home to the Pakke Tiger Reserve; Dirang's beautiful kiwi and apple orchards; and finally, on May 13, to Tawang.

So it's a 12-day epic trip and a chance to see Arunachal Pradesh's stunning natural magnificence. The event also provides an opportunity for tourists to learn about Arunachal Pradesh's rich history, culture, heritage, customs, and more. This would allow tourists to learn more about the country's hidden gems while also boosting tourism in the state.
