Cairo Rhoda Island is located in the eastern Caribbean Sea, about halfway between the islands of Antigua and Guadeloupe. The island is about 8 km long and 2 km wide. The island is hilly, with the highest point being Mount Misery at 411 meters. The island is covered in tropical rainforest, and there are several rivers and streams. There are no permanent residents on Cairo Rhoda Island, but it is visited by fishermen and tourists. There are several beaches on the island, and a few small hotels.
