About Vijay Stambh

The Vijay Stambh, also known as the Tower of Victory, is a nine-storey tower located in the Chittorgarh Fort in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The tower was built by Maharana Kumbha to commemorate his victory over the Muslim ruler of Malwa, Mahmud Shah in 1458. The tower is made of red sandstone and is decorated with carvings of Hindu gods and goddesses.
