Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary is located in Coorg district of Karnataka. It is spread over an area of 97.5 sq km. The sanctuary was established in 1978. It is home to a variety of wildlife species. Some of the prominent wildlife species found in the sanctuary are elephants, tigers, leopards, gaur, sambar, chital, barking deer, sloth bear, bonnet macaque, lion-tailed macaque, etc.
 
The Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary is also home to a variety of bird species. Some of the prominent bird species found in the sanctuary are Malabar pied hornbill, Malabar grey hornbill, white-bellied woodpecker, Ceylon frogmouth, etc.
