Rameshwara Temple, located in Kodagu district of Karnataka, is a popular Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is believed to have been built by the Pandavas during their exile and is one of the most revered temples in the area. The temple complex houses the main temple, a smaller temple dedicated to Goddess Parvati, and a Nandi bull statue.
The main temple is a large structure with a pyramidal roof and is decorated with intricate carvings. The temple is said to be in the shape of a lingam, the symbol of Lord Shiva. The temple is frequented by pilgrims throughout the year, especially during the Shivaratri festival.
