About Istanbul Modern Art Museum
The Istanbul Modern Art Museum is one of the city’s most popular attractions, and for good reason. Housing a permanent collection of over 7,500 pieces of art, the museum is one of the largest in the country. It’s also one of the most modern, with a cutting-edge building and a range of interactive exhibits. The museum is spread out over six floors, and each one is dedicated to a different type of art. There’s a section for contemporary art, one for classical art, one for Turkish art, and so on. This makes it easy to find something that interests you, and there’s always something new to see. The Istanbul Modern Art Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm. Admission is free for all visitors on Sundays.
