The station has a total of 18 platforms. The platforms are divided into six groups, namely A, B, C, D, E, and F. Platforms 1 to 6 are in Group A, platforms 7 to 12 are in Group B, platforms 13 to 18 are in Group C. The station is equipped with a computerised reservation system, a food plaza, a tourist information centre, and a shopping arcade.
