Kurinji Temple

Kodaikanal Kurinji Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Muruga, located in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, India. The temple is around 1,500 years old and is one of the Pancha Bootha Sthalams, the five sacred temples of Lord Shiva. The temple is located on a hillock known as Kurinji Malai and is said to be the place where Lord Muruga killed the demon Soorapadman.
