About Vashisht Baths
The Vashisht Baths are a series of hot springs in the town of Vashisht, located in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The baths are situated on the bank of the Vashisht River, and are named after the sage Vashisht, who is said to have discovered them.
The baths are open to the public from 6am to 10pm, and are said to have healing properties. They are frequented by both locals and tourists, and are a popular stop on the tourist circuit in the Manali region. The baths are located about 2.5 kilometres (1.6 mi) from the town of Manali, and can be reached by foot, taxi, or bus.
