The Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is a protected area for birds located on Munnar, a hill station in the Western Ghats of Kerala, South India. It is spread over an area of . The sanctuary is named after Indian ornithologist Salim Ali.
 
The sanctuary is an important bird area with around 190 species of birds recorded. These include the great hornbill, Malabar pied hornbill, Nilgiri woodpigeon, grey-headed woodpecker, white-bellied treepie, Malabar trogon, broad-billed roller, Indian roller, purple-rumped sunbird, and Indian pitta.
The sanctuary is also home to a variety of animals including elephants, leopards, and tigers.
