How to reach Spiti Valley by flight

There are no direct flights to Spiti Valley. The closest airport is in Shimla, which is about a four-hour drive from Spiti Valley.



How to reach Spiti Valley by road

It is not possible to reach the Spiti Valley by road. The only way to reach the valley is by travelling on the Manali-Leh highway, which is a high-altitude mountain road. The road is open from June to October.



How to reach Spiti Valley by train

There is no train station in Spiti Valley. The nearest railway station is at Shimla which is about 250 km away from Spiti Valley.



How to reach Spiti Valley by bus

There is no direct bus service to Spiti Valley from Delhi. However, you can take a bus to Shimla and then take a connecting bus to Kaza, the main town in Spiti Valley.
