About Tadoba Lake
Tadoba National Park is one of the well known National Parks in India. It is located in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. The Park derives its name from the Tadoba lake, which is located inside the Park. Tadoba National Park is a Project Tiger Reserve. The Park is spread over an area of 623.4 sq km. The Park is home to a large population of tigers. Other animals found in the Park include leopards, sloth bears, hyenas, sambars, barking deer, chital, nilgai and wild boars. The Park is also home to a large population of birds, including the endangered white-backed vulture. Tadoba National Park is open from October to June. The best time to visit the Park is during the winter months from November to February. Per Person 15,000
