About Saptarishi Kund
Saptarishi Kund is a sacred Hindu pilgrimage site situated in the Yamunotri Valley of the Garhwal Himalayas. It is dedicated to the seven sages or saptarishis, who are considered to be the founders of Indian astrology. The kund is a natural spring that emerges from the side of a mountain and is said to contain therapeutic waters that are sacred to the Hindu god Shiva.
