It flaunts its rich history and vibrant culture in every possible nook and cranny.   Visit Pashupatinath Temple. According to religious belief Lord Pashupatinath is the almighty God and savior of all human beings. It is therefore said that all Hindu should pay homage to Lord Pashupatinath at least once in their lifetime for their eternal peace and salvation. Also, visit Guheshwori temple, dedicated to Guhyeshwari or Adi Shakti. The temple is also a Shakti Peetha and is about 1 km east of Pashupatinath Temple and is located on the southern bank of the Bagmati River. It is said that this temple is the Shakti chair of PashupatinathTemple. Then after make your way to the largest stupa in the world Boudhanath Stupa built in the fifth century. Before the present day Stupa was build, it was an overnight camp of Tibetan businessman. Today it is best site to observe Tibetan lifestyle, culture and religious practices of monks. It is also popular for Tibetan Jewelry, hand-woven carpets, thanka, masks, khukuri, knives, and more Tibetan products. Continue towards, Patan Durbar Square- the center of Fine art. Patan Durbar Square and as you walk past the whitewashed gate, you enter a square lined with cafes, grocery stores and huge iron bells. Still beyond the alleys lie mostly medieval neighborhoods of the city. Temples and Stupas are in abundance, in various shapes, sizes and antiquity. Overnight in Kathmandu.

After breakfast drive towards Thankot for your trip to Chandragiri Hills. It is 10 min. cable car ride to reach Chandragiri Hill top. Upon reaching visit Bhaleshwor Mahadev and enjoy the panoramic view of Himalayas and Kathmandu valley from top. Then, continue visit towards Swayambhunath Stupa meaning the "the self-existent" is popular among foreigners owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. No wonder why it’s also called “Monkey Temple”. Make sure you keep an eye out for these notorious creatures.Return back to hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.
