Day 03: After early breakfast drive to Nubra valley via Khardongla Pass (18,380ft) the world’s highest motorable road and gateway to Siachen Glacier, the views from the top of the pass are amazing. Visit Deskit Monastery (118kms) founded by Lama Sherab Zangpo in 1420 A.D. Check in at camp or hotel and in the evening visit Hunder sand dune for camel riding, Cultural show and other activities. Dinner and overnight at Hotel/Camp in Nubra.

Hotel Day 04: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shayok Valley.

Day 4: After breakfast, we drive towards Pangong Lake via Shyok and TangTse and Spangmik (Pangong). It’s a short cut and it’s a beautiful route. The road follows the Shyok River, and climbs up a mountain before finally descending into Shayok village. It took us less than an hour to reach Shayok, and we were delighted at the sight of the rather big village surrounded by barren mountains, the entire setting being very picturesque. In the evening visit at shooting point near the Lake. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 05: Post Breakfast check out from the hotel and visit Natural Bridge, a natural bridge formation. Payment & Cancellation policy

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours & Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Highway Dreams International.

Payments:

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount need to be paid a maximum of 30 days before the journey but before the commencement of the services. Management personnel holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

The Foreign currency payment will be accepted as per the Xe.com+1INR as on the payment date.

Mode of Payment:

We accept Bank transfers or cash deposits at our bank account up to the Government limit we would also need your Pan card details for our audit purpose for any cash transactions.

Cancellation Policy :

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

For Domestic tours:

· 45 Days Before the arrival 40% of the tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels. Etc.

· 15 days before arrival 80% of the Tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, etc.

· 7-01 days before arrival100% of the tour /service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, etc.

For International tours:

· 120- 90 Days Before the arrival 40% of the tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels. visa, etc.,

· 90-60 days before arrival 60% of the Tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, Visa, etc.,

· 30 days before arrival 70% of the tour /service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, Visa, or any non-refundable services, etc.,

· 15- 01 days before the arrival or no-show refund: no refund
