Payment & Cancellation policy

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours & Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Highway Dreams International. 

Payments: 

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount need to be paid a maximum of 30 days before the journey but before the commencement of the services. Management personnel holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

The Foreign currency payment will be accepted as per the Xe.com+1INR as on the payment date.

Mode of Payment:

We accept Bank transfers or cash deposits at our bank account up to the Government limit we would also need your Pan card details for our audit purpose for any cash transactions. 

Cancellation Policy :

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

For Domestic tours: 

·     45 Days Before the arrival 40% of the tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels. Etc.

·     15 days before arrival 80% of the Tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, etc.

·     7-01 days before arrival100% of the tour /service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, etc.

For International tours: 

·     120- 90 Days Before the arrival 40% of the tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels. visa, etc.,

·     90-60 days before arrival 60% of the Tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, Visa, etc.,

·     30 days before arrival 70% of the tour /service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, Visa, or any non-refundable services, etc.,

·     15- 01 days before the arrival or no-show refund: no refund
