Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra
bed & without Volvo ticket (Milk/Food for infant or children above 5
years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel)

-Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
-Extra Bed Means extra Mattress.
-A.C will not work in hill stations.
-Heater charges are extra.
-The car may or may not have power windows.
-The transportation cost is subject to change if there will be hike in the

Cancellation timelines and refund
60 days pre-travel date 80% amount will be refunded of total package cost
59-40 days pre-travel date 50% amount will be refunded of total package cost
39-25 days pre-travel date 25% amount will be refunded of total package cost
24-15 days pre-travel date 15% amount will be refunded of total package cost
Less than 15 days No Refund
 
Postpone/ Prepone Charges valid before 5 days from travelling date
(Subject to availability).
60 days pre-travel date No Charges
59-40 days pre-travel date 10% amount of total package cost
39-25 days pre-travel date 15% amount of total package cost
24-6 days pre-travel date 20% amount of total package cost
Less than 5 days  No Change
 
Terms & Conditions:-
-No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals,
transportation segments, sightseeingtours or any other service. Such
unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
-Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the
time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your
confirmation voucher.
-No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not
up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
