Day 1 SRINAGAR ARRIVAL

Activity Day 1 Details

Welcome to the Srinagar, The Lake City. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, being your tour of Kashmir.
You will be transferred to Hotel/houseboat.
After lunch enjoy a romantic 'shikara ride on the Dal Lake.
Overnight stay at the Hotel/houseboat.

Day 2 SRINAGAR-PAHALGAM

Morning leave for Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level.

The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hours. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes.

If weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feets and dominates the entire region, also enjoy cable car (Gondola) (on direct hire basis) for mountain ride up to khilanmarg.
In the evening drive back to Srinagar.

Day 03 Srinagar Local Sightseen

Activity Day 3 Details

After breakfast leave for local sightseeing tour to famous Nishat Garden known as \'Garden of pleasure\' built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal Emperor Asif Khan.
Then visiting Shalimar Garden known as \'Garden of love\' built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehr-un-Nissa) also visit Chashme Shahi Later visit to famous Pari Mahal, Shankaracharya temple situated on top of a hill where you can have a view of whole Srinagar City.
Enjoy shopping at Kashmiri craft & art stores. Dinner & overnight at Srinagar.

Day 4 SRINAGAR-PAHALGAM

Activity Day 4 Details

After breakfast proceed to Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds).
The total distance is about 96 kms, will be covered in about 3 hours.
En-route, visiting the saffron fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman), and enjoy the beautiful countryside.
Drive throught the pine forests. Arrive at Pahalgam and enjoy Lidder stream.
Later walk along pony trails with a magnificent view of the mountains.

Day 5 PAHALGAM – SONMARG

Activity Day 5 Details

Morning proceeds for Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold).
Sonamarg is (2800 Mtrs above from sea level), which means (Meadow of Golden) has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky.
The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with trout and mahseer, snow trout can be caught in the mail river, the visitors can have access to snow which is furnished all over like a white carpet.
Ponies can be hired on direct hire basis) for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, a major attraction during the summer months.
Dinner and overnight in a deluxe hotel.

Day 6 SRINAGAR DROP

After breakfast time free till departure.
Transfer by car to Srinagar airport.
