Points to Note

• Most Preferred network is BSNL, 2^nd most preferred is Airtel. Except these two vodafone works. Idea & other operators does not have any signal out there.
• Internet/data rarely works, so carry all requisite print outs with you. Instead struggling to get the internet.
• ATMs are available at Havelock & Port Blair. Before travelling to Neil carry sufficient cash.
• Save driver’s number with you as soon as you reach to the port-Blair.
• Vehicles are point to point, any deviation in the itinerary would cost additional amount. We are not responsible for it. Before changing the itinerary, consult with us for the charges whether it was included or not.
• Before leaving the vehicle for the day, discuss the schedule for next morning with the driver.
• Make sure to confirm check out timing, so that it would be convenient for you in the entire trip.
• You can request reception in case you with to extend your check out time without additional amount and it depends upon the hotel whether they can do so or not.
• Hotel Check in & Out timings are mostly quite early in the morning. Please plan accordingly.

Recommendations

• Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sun rise at ocean. Enjoy the sun rise and sunset by waking up early in mountains.
• Carry medicines with you as you might be covering long distances in single stretch.
• If required, lunch and dinner restaurants can be advised accordingly.
• If you are reaching late in the evening, please call the hotel. Sometime hotels release the booking if they are not informed about your delay.
• Please ask check-out time of the hotel. Make sure to check out as per guidelines. Use locker services and other free of cost services of the hotel.
• As soon as you enter the hotel, make sure to ask the facilities (with the prices if any) available in the hotel to utilize them best.
• Hotel bookings are done with your Name. At the time of check in, tell our company name, Magnetic Tours & Travels to hotel to eliminate hassles at the time of check in.
• Most hotels check in at 12:00 PM, so they reserved the right of decline early check in. It is required to inform them if you are reaching early.
• Swim in safe area only. 
• Please drink sufficient water to avoid dehydration. 
• Keep the beaches and the environment clean. 
• Visit the permitted areas in the Islands only. 
• Dispose of the garbage at proper places/dustbins. 
• Avail  the  service  of  Scuba  Dive  instructors  having  certification  of  international/professional organizations like PADI, CMAS, NAUI, BSAC and SSI for safe diving experience. 
• Observe decency and decorum in dress, especially at places of worship. 
• At the beach, parents are requested to keep an eye on their kids at all times.
• Enjoy sea, sand and wilderness.
• Enjoy the wilderness. Leave only footprints and take only photographs.
• Please pick up your bags and bottle while leaving the visiting spot. Do not leave them behind.
• Do not enter into restricted/tribal areas. 
• While inside Tribal Reserve areas, do not take video, film or photographs of tribes. 
• Do  not  carry  sea  fans  and  seashells  unless  specific  permits  are  obtained  from  Fisheries department. 
• Avoid use of plastics/ polythene. 
• Do not light fire in forest areas 
• Do not stay on the beaches or forest during nights by putting up down tents/hammocks 
• Nudity on beaches and public places is forbidden and punishable offense. 
• Do not enter the National Parks without permission. 
• Do not touch/ disturb corals and Marine life. 

Terms & Conditions

• Mandatory feedback form must be filled once the journey is over.
• Package dates can be altered based on the availability of the hotel at the given date. Customer will need to bear the Excess amount if any.
• Itinerary flow may change.
• Additional services utilized by the group will be charged and billed to the group directly by hotels.  
• Any unused service, due to natural calamity or human reasons, would not be refunded.
• Any cancellations due to ferry cancellation, flight cancellation, and other similar situation would fetch 100?ncellation charges for unutilized room night, vehicle, ferry, or cruise.
• Check in and out time varies from hotel to hotel and it is between 07:30 hours to 12:00 hours. Early check in and late checkout request will be accommodated by the hotel during check in or check out and it is subject to availability and hotel terms.
• We are not responsible for bad weather conditions, political disrupts or any unavoidable reasons for cancellation of trip.
• Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, JustGo Trravels will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy.
• The itinerary flow is subject to change. Rooms are subject to availability. In case the rooms are not available then similar category rooms in similar hotels will be provided.
• Flight tickets are subject to availability. In case the tickets are not available for the quote amount then other alternative dates will be recommended.
• We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
• City museums and monuments remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing after returning to Port Blair from Havelock/Neil, time permitting.
• In case Makruzz/Coastal Cruise/ Govt. Cruise is not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, We will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.
• Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained.
• Type of vehicle will be as per the number of persons and the vehicle used will be exclusive for you but will not be at disposal.
• Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
• All trips are subject to weather condition and operation of ferries and boat.
• No refunds will be made for unused tours and hotel rooms or cancellations.
• If required you can request the hotels for late check – out and the hotels will do the needful subject to availability of the room.

50 PERCENT BEFORE 10 DAYS OF TRAVEL DATE.
