Jammu and Kashmir

1. Duty time 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs. 24hrs duty in case medical emergency.

2. The vehicles is allowed to visit per day per destination with night stay there or return to orgin.

3. The vehicle will pick up you from outside area of Jammu Railway station / Jammu Airport.

 

To reach the outside gate, COST DOES NOT INCLUDE :

1. Extra Heating charges in Houseboat & Hotel during winter season

2. Trip to Aru, Chandanwari&Betaab Valley in Pahalgam

3. Gondola & Pony ride in Gulmarg

4. Thajiwas Glacier & Snow Point in Sonamarg

5. Garden Entrance fees and guide charges, where ever applicable.

6. Snow Jeep from Tangmarg to Gulmarg& back, (Applicable from Nov – February Month)

 

1. If, for any reason, you cancel the booking, then you have to pay 3?ncellation charges of the booking amount.
2. Due to Covid, most hotels offer minimal food and services. Any cancellation for these reasons will only be liable for a refund as per hotel policy. We are not liable for the same.
3. Suppose the payment has been made to the hotels against any booking & later booking gets cancelled for any reason. In that case, we can only refund the amount once we get a Refund from the Hotel. If the Hotel offers us the Credit Note, we will provide you with the same.
4. The majority of the hotels offer minimal food. 

GENERAL

1. It is just a quote, no reservations are held yet, or booking has not proceeded.
2. The rooms & rates are subject to availability during booking/confirmation.
3. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
4. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
5. Before booking, please check the hotel inclusions.

COST INCLUDE

1. Accommodation on a twin-sharing basis in above mentioned or similar category hotels.
2. Complimentary use of the hotel or any recreation facility per the hotel's terms & conditions. (subject to availability)
3. Land transportation (if you have chosen) from pick up to drop Station to Station or Airport to Airport or as per round itinerary trip and local sightseeing as per the itinerary by individual Vehicle as per family.
4. Vehicle cost includes all fuel charges, Driver allowance, border and Toll Tax, and Parking and entry charges applicable on the day of quotation.

COST DOES NOT INCLUDE

1. Any Airfare / Train fare is not included in the package cost. Airfare is included under AIR PACKAGE TOUR only.
2. Any expenses of a personal nature like tips, phone calls, internet, games, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar, room heaters, discotheque or Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting charges, skiing/skating, and cable car/ropeway rides, etc.,
3. Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in the hotel restaurant or room except for buffet / fixed menu meal plan.
4. The Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible points. (Subject to road & govt. conditions)

HOTEL/LAND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Date of booking to 30 days before travel The cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost (During Season) & Nill (During Off-Season)
• 30 to 15 days before the trip - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost (During Season) & 25% (During Off-Season)
• 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost (During Season) & 50% (During Off-Season)
• 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will cost 100% of the tour. No refund shall be given
• Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel's policy.
• In peak season (for example, long weekends, festival season, summer vacation, etc.), most hotels charge 100?ncellation.
