• This is just a quote, no reservations have been held yet or the booking does not proceed
yet.
• The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
• Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, and Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until
& unless it has been booked/ confirmed from your end.
• The change in dates will attract re-quote.
• Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
• 5.0% Goods and Services Tax will be applicable against final Invoice (Subject to Payment
Made in INR).
• Additional Bank charges will be applicable, if payment is made in foreign currency.
• Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking
process.
• Please note that effective as of 01/01/18, Dubai government levied an additional 5% VAT.
• We required PAN no, if you are making the payment in INR.

•    Min. 25 advance cost has to be made for booking confirmation.
•    30 days or more before departure 25% of total cost.
•    29 – 20 days before departure 50% of total cost.
•    Within 20 days 100% of total cost.
•    Group booking/Flight confirmation as per airline policy.

•    Cancellation stage: 31 or more days prior to departure.
•    25% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 31 or more days before departure.
•    Cancellation stage: 22 to 30 days prior to departure.
•    50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 22 to 30 days before departure.
•    Cancellation stage: 15 to 21 days prior to departure
•    75% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 21 days before departure.
•    Cancellation stage: Within 15 days before departure.
•    100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure.
