    • Visit to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage en route. See majestic Asian elephants up close with a visit to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage on this trip. You’ll have the opportunity to observe and interact with the elephants. Watch as the herd bathes in the river and witness as these beautiful creatures are fed .This is an experience that is sure to leave you mesmerized for a life time, rare and unforgettable experience!

    • Gangarama Seema Malakaya: This serene Buddhist temple sits on three floating platforms which are connected to each other and to the mainland by floating bridges. There are numerous seated Buddha statues displaying different mudras (hand gestures) on all three platforms. The central platform houses wooden paneled temple for meditation. The view of the surrounding Colombo skyline from the central platform is beautiful.
