You'll depart from Srinagar early in the morning after having a delicious brreakfast, arriving in Gulmarg by midday. Head up directly to Phase 2 of the Gondola. Phase 2, situated at 14,000 feet, is often overlooked by most visitors. The breathtaking views from this altitude are truly unparalleled, but be mindful of altitude sickness.
In the afternoon you can walk back to Phase 1 and indulge in local lamb delicacies and biryanis, along with desserts like halwa and phirni (at your own cost)—they’re simply delicious!
To descend from Phase 1, try the thrilling sledge ride down the slopes—it’s safe and exhilarating! As the day winds down, stroll through the local markets. Engage with the locals, explore traditional wares, and capture memorable photos as you make your way back to your hotel in Srinagar.

However, it's important to note that vehicles can only go so far. After reaching a certain point, you'll need to switch to a local taxi accompanied by a local guide (at your own cost)

Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking.
As per the Government directive, foreigners are requested to produce their passport as photo identity proof and Indian Adult can provide any of the ID proof i.e. Aadhar Card / Driving Licence / Voters ID / Passport and for Indian Children - ID proof i.e. Aadhar Card / School ID / Birth certificate / Passport should be provided.
Above mentioned ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and carry the same ID proof on tour as well.
Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included

FLIGHTS

The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. We will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

HOTEL

Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
Room availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category which may affect the overall package cost.
Tourists are responsible for carrying, shifting, and managing their own luggage.

SIGHTSEEING ACTIVITIES / TRANSFERS

Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most destinations are quite strict about following a schedule.

* CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation stage: 31 or more days prior to departure: 25% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 31 or more days before departure.
Cancellation stage: 22 to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 22 to 30 days before departure.
Cancellation stage: 15 to 21 days prior to departure: 75% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 21 days before departure.
Cancellation stage: Within 15 days before departure: 100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure.

In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc, you need to provide supporting documents such as cancelled flight tickets. Our company shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.

* PAYMENT POLICY

If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, we reserve the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
Min. 50% advance cost has to be made for booking confirmation.
