1. Booking Confirmation:
- A minimum of 50?vance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 10 days before the departure date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 30 days before the trip: 90% refund.
- Cancellation between 15-29 days: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 14 days or no-show: No refund.
3. Inclusions:
- Accommodation in 3-star or similar hotels (double occupancy).
- Daily breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary.
- Transfers in a private air-conditioned vehicle.
- Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Airport pickup and drop-off.
4. Exclusions:
- Flights or train tickets to and from Port Blair.
- Any personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, or tips.
- Entry fees to monuments, parks, and museums.
- Water sports and adventure activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Travel insurance (highly recommended).
5. Accommodation Policy:
- Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- In case of unavailability, similar hotels will be provided.
- Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
6. Transfers & Sightseeing:
- All transfers and sightseeing are on a private basis.
- Any changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.) will be at the discretion of the tour operator.
- The company is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen factors like natural disasters or strikes.
7. Travel Documents:
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-approved ID proofs during travel.
- Non-Indian nationals must carry a valid passport and visa for the trip.
8. Health & Safety:
- The tour operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour in case of any unforeseen health or safety concerns.
- Travelers are advised to carry personal medicines and follow health guidelines as per local authorities.
9. Changes & Modifications:
- Any changes requested by the guest post-confirmation will be subject to availability and additional charges.
- The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational reasons without prior notice.
10. Liability:
- The company is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of property during the tour.
- Guests must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the tour operator or local guides during activities.
11. Force Majeure:
- In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), the company will not be held liable for cancellations or delays.
