All the hotels required Photo ID Proof at the time of check in. Kindly inform the same to the clients.

·In case of any diversion due to landslide/road block any additional cost incurred with be payable directly by the guest.

·Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary (point to point basis, and no disposal).

·Please ask the guest to carry valid ID proof and 4 copy passport size photograph

·A few sightseeing places are closed on particular days of the week in every destination. While routing the program a few points may be closed on particular days of sightseeing in which case alternate open points in the city will be covered but it will not be possible to cover those closed points on next day.

·Ac will be switched off while travelling to uphill for the vehicle to function properly.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT POLICY

·No refund will be done for travel date between 15th December to 15th January

·70% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.

·50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.

·No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.

Booking Policy

For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:

1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

2nd Payment: 50%  balance should be done 7 days prior your departure.
