Booking Policy:
Land Package Booking Payment Policy will be:
1st Payment: 30% - at the time of booking.
2nd Payment: 40% of the After Hotel Confirmation Voucher
3rd Payment: 30% of the payment 7 days before the trip
Note: 100% payment of flight amount required for flight booking
Amendment Policy:
Amendment charges are applicable if guests want to change or modify their plan 48 hr after booking.
Cancellation Policy:
In the case of a Lockdown
Free postponement is also available.
The booking Amount is only adjustable against future trips.
If Guest Cancel their trip due to Covid 19 Positive or Lockdown, then only postpone option is available. Terms & Conditions apply.
Normal Cancellation:
25% is non-refundable 60 days before the departure date,
35% of the Package Cost will be deducted
45 days before the departure date: 50% of the Package Cost will be deducted
30 days before the departure date: 75% of the Package Cost will be deducted
15 days before departure date: 100% Non-Refundable.
Notes:
1. For 4-star and 5-star Properties, this all-cancellation policy will not be valid; it will be considered as per hotel policy.
2. In case of any cancellation, we cannot adjust the advance amount against another traveller, including a family member. Package cost will be adjusted in package bookings only.
3. If Guest Cancel their trip due to Covid 19, it will be retired case to a case basis.
Documents Note:
1. Any Indian National visiting Sikkim requires to carry a Photo ID Proof (Voter ID / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License) in order to obtain Tsomgo Lake permit for the above.
2. Non-Indian Passport holders are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir.
3. Non-Indian Passport holders are required to obtain inner line permits.
