Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy & Airline Cancellation Policy

• Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
• 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
• 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
• 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
• Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
• In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100?ncellation

• Note: Tour cost does not include the International or Domestic Flight Expenses

  Airline Cancellation Policy:

• Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.

Useful Tips Before BookingNote:

• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. 
• Rates are based on the number of passengers mentioned above. Rates will change if the number of pax changes.
• The hotel rooms will be blocked only upon confirmation and advance payment.
• Carrying liquor from outside is not allowed at restaurants where you will have your meals. Corkage charges applicable as per restaurant / hotel's policies.
• The Hotel check-in time and check-out time is 1400 Hrs and 1200 Noon Respectively
