Freshen up and take some rests here. In the evening you can spend some time in MG Marg strolling or shopping for handlooms, souvenir and handicrafts. 3 StarEnd of Day - Day 2Info DAY 2 : Up above the sea level, unwind at Tsongmo Lake (3750 m, 3hrs drive)If you are in Gangtok, Tsomgo lake excursion is a must! The beautiful Tsongmo lake is like scenery right out of your painting book.
At around 8 in the morning, our representatives’ will you pick you up from the hotel and drive you to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Harbhajan Mandir. The 3 hour drive uphill to reach Tsongmo Lake is one that you’d cherish dearly. Tsongmo Lake is located 12400 feet above the sea level. It is a sacred lake valued by both the Hindus and Buddhists here. After that, you will spend time at Baba Harbhajan Mandir (13,200 feet). Once you are done experiencing beautiful moments here, our representatives will drive you back to the hotel. Start Day 3 with a heavy breakfast as this day awaits travelling and sightseeing umpteen. On your journey to Pelling you will come across various sightseeing destinations of religious importance in Namchi and Ravangla.
Our representatives will pick you up from the hotel in the morning and drive you to Pelling. Pelling is a tiny hamlet town in west Sikkim. On your way to Pelling, you will get a chance to visit Namchi Char Dam and Samdruptse Statue. These are the cultural centers and of religious importance in the state of Sikkim. After some time here, you will head to Ravangla. Here, you can spend time sightseeing the popular Buddha Park and Temi Tea Gardens. Ravangla offers a scenic view of the Greater Himalayas. Once that’s done, you will arrive at your hotel in Pelling. Enjoy a hearty meal and take a goodnight rest as you look forward to what tomorrow has in store.

- General hotel check in time: 1 pm and check out time: 11am (for accommodations) if arrival time is not mentioned. The
- reservations will be released at 6 pm.
- In case of non-availability of the rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, the hotel would be arranging alternative/
- similar accommodation.
- Hotels suggested above are subject to availability on dates and prior confirmation and in case we do not find rooms in
- above hotels in any circumstances we will arrange the same in similar category hotels for parallel arrangements.
- Charges for ac heater will be extra and as per hotel to hotel basis.
- Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or hotels. Company is not responsible for any loss.
- As per the directive given by the government of India, all Indian/foreign nationals are required to provide proper proof of
- identification upon check-in. valid identification documents are: passport & visa together, voters’ ID card, current
- driver’s license. All the documents must include a photograph.
- Hotel /camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible
- for any id proof related issues.
- For extra adults many hotels provide an extra mattress also instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you
- prefer only an extra bed instead of an extra mattress.
- For any reason, if a vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as
- soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time, vehicles will be repaired.
- Kindly cooperate.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to
- natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides,
- closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
- Ac will not work in all hill areas or stopped/parked vehicles.
- Pick up and drop point will be one only (if multiple pickups and drop please mention email conversation before
- booking).
- The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/petrol prices in India. If the prices increase more
- than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
- We reserve the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
- At many of the tourist destination /hill stations - some of the road /shopping market /mall road have "no entry" for all
- some bigger tourist vehicles depending on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guests
- have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on a direct payment basis, this cost is
- not included in ideal package inclusion.
- It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have a certain kind of allergy (especially for
- food) or any serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
- No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis,
- road blocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels
- or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight
- cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
- No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
- Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
- All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money towards the
- service is received from the customer and accepted by the company. Companies can change the features or
- functionality of the services at any time, without any notice.
- We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or
- indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the
- preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- In the event of cancellation/amendment of travel arrangements due to any reason – we must be notified of the same in
- writing. Please make sure your intimation reaches us between office hours (10:am -7:00 pm on Monday - Saturday)
- More than 28 days prior to arrival at destination - deposit/ advance amount only
- Between 15-28 days : 75% of total holiday cost
- 14 days or less prior to arrival at destination - 100% of the total holiday cost
- In case of super peak season hotel bookings , a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as
- and when applicable
- In case you cancel/ amend the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too
- would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e. hotels/ transporters
- etc.
- No refund in case of no show, road blocks, accidents, natural calamities.
- Your refund requests will be answered & processed promptly, if you don't receive the reply within one business day
