BHUTAN PACKAGE

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport. After arrival, you will be met with your chauffeur/ guide at the outside of the airport terminal. Transfer to Phuentsholing.   Night Stay: Phuentsholing  

After breakfast, transfer to Thimphu. En-route stop at several waterfalls, view of Chhukha Dam from a distance. Also stop at Chuzom (Confluence) which is the meeting point of Thimpu River (Wong Chu) & Paro River (Pa Chu).  On arrival at Thimphu, check in to the Hotel.  Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast, go for a day excursion to Punakha, which is the last town on the highway before entering Central Bhutan. On the way visit Dochu-La pass (3080 Mts / 10102 Ft) which is very scenic with a fascinating view of mountains of Bhutan.   In Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong, Suspension Bridge and Chimi Lhakhang.   Later drive back to Thimphu Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfasts go for Thimphu sightseeing covering Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang), Textiles Museum, Royal Textile Academy & Museum (Closed on Saturday, Sunday & National Holiday), Folk Heritage Museum, and Tashichho Dzong.   Overnight at Hotel.

Start the day early for a day hike to Taktsang Lhakhang (Tiger's Nest Monastery). The hike which is all the way uphill takes about 2/3 hours one way through pine forests. Overnight at Hotel.   Or   After breakfast go for a day excursion to Chele-la pass. Later drive back to Paro.   Overnight at Hotel.

After our breakfast, checkout from the hotel and go for Paro sightseeing, visit Ta Dzong (National Museum-Closed on National Holiday), Rinpung Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang.   Drukgyel Dzong was a fortress and Buddhist monastery, now in ruins. Can be seen from outside only. Later, we will retrace our scenic drive back to Phuentsholing. Relax in the hotel and get prepared for your departure the next day.   Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast, check out and then transferred to Bagdogra Airport.

The above cost DOES NOT include Sustainable Development Fee (SDF)/ permit charges. Please make sure that guest carries the following in order to obtain permit on arrival:   Valid passport (minimum 6 months’ validity for the date when travel ends)/ voter ID card (no e-EPIC downloaded version or any scanned copy) 04 passport size photographs, not older than six months, color copy, portrait style with eyes open and forehead & ears clearly visible, in white background without border. Cash of INR 4,800/- per adult (please make sure to carry the exact amount in change)

TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking Policy For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows: 1st Payment: 30% of the total package cost at the time of booking. 2nd Payment: 40% upon confirmation of hotel bookings. 3rd Payment: 30% of the total cost to be paid 7 days before the trip. Amendment Policy If guests wish to modify their travel plans 48 hours after booking, an amendment charge of Rs. 1000 per person will be applicable. Cancellation Policy 45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost. 30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted. 15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable. Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable. This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.
