CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation charges per person
• 30 or more days before departure: 50%
• Between 29 to 1 days before departure: 100%
NOTE
In case of natural mishap like landslide, flood, ice melting, roadblocks, the company must not have held responsible & there will be possibility of change in the itinerary, the travelers are expected to co-ordinate as per the instructions.
If Tsongmo Lake/Baba Mandir trip is canceled due to rode closure then alternate trip to South Sikkim or Gangtok Local sightseeing would be done.
The travelers must carry Valid Indian Passport, Indian Voter ID Card or Driving License & 04 Passport size photographs if travelling
We will take all the safety measures for any adventure sports/activities that we organize with your consent.
However, if some accidents, deaths or government policy mishap occur, the company must not have held responsible.
It will be entirely your risk and decision to involve in such adventurous activities/sports.
NO CUSTOMIZATION ALLOWED IN THE PACKAGE AFTER TRIP STARTS (ONLY IF EMERGENCY ARISES)
PAYMENT POLICIES OF EXOTIC YATRA
*Booking Confirmation*: To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. This must be paid within 10 days of the initial booking request.
*Final Payment*: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking, with no refund for the deposit.
*Last-minute Bookings*: For bookings made less than 15 days before the tour commencement date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
*Payment Methods*: Payments can be made via bank transfer or UPI .
*Cancellations*: If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the tour date, a full refund (minus the transaction fee and any non-refundable deposit) will be issued. Within 15-30 days, we offer a 50% refund, and no refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 15 days before the start of the tour.
