Info Day 01: IXB Airport - Gangtok (128 Kms. / 5 Hrs)Upon your arrival at Bagdogra International Airport, you will be warmly greeted and welcomed by our representative. From there, you will be transferred to the charming hill station of Gangtok, nestled at an elevation of 5,500 feet.
After a comfortable journey, check in to your hotel and settle into your new surroundings. The rest of the day is yours to spend at your leisure, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful destination. Allow yourself to be pampered with a restful overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok. Info Day 02: Gangtok Full Day Local SightseeingAfter breakfast start a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre (Closed on Sunday and 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month), Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Dro-Dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery and Bakthang Falls (maximum 6 hours). Info Day 03: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (53 Kms. / 3 Hrs. one-way)Start your day with a hearty breakfast, and embark on an unforgettable excursion to Tsomgo Lake, which is situated at an altitude of 12,400 feet and is approximately 37 kilometres, or a 2-hour drive, from Gangtok.
The journey will be scenic, and the destination is a breathtaking glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains. After admiring the beauty of the lake, continue your journey to the sacred Baba Mandir, which is located at an elevation of 13,200 feet and is a mere 16 kilometres, or a 1-hour drive, from Tsomgo Lake.
