The rate is quoted in US dollars per adult based on half twin or double room.
The above quotation is based on the same number of pax as mentioned in the group details. If the numbers decrease, we reserve the right to revise the package rate.
All transfers and sightseeing tours by default are on PVT basis, unless specified on a SIC basis (shared tours).
Please be aware that any changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances might result in an increase in pricing.
By default, the Halong Bay cruise and Mekong Delta cruise are on a shared basis with private transfers. If you wish to change, please note in the request, we will accommodate and update the prices.
Default meals are fusions of local cuisine if there is no advance notice, along with daily normal buffet breakfast at hotels. Guests should advise of any special food preferences, allergies, or dietary requirements at least one (1) week prior to the arrival date.
Check in time: after 14h00 - Check out time: before 12h00 at noon
The itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to local traffic situations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances, or local authority decisions. The local tour operator reserves the right to replace all items with same value for guests

* CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations should be made in writing prior 1 month (30 days) to arrival date and should be acknowledged by Travel Unbounded World Pvt Ltd, no cancellation fee will be charged and subject to any group size.
For FIT reservation 06 passengers or less, cancellation will be charged as follows.
21 days to 8 days prior to arrival date: 30% of total invoice charge
7 days to 4 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total invoice charge
3 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of total invoice charge
For GIT reservation 07 passengers or more, cancellation will be charged as follows.
For GIT reservation 07 passengers or more, cancellation will be charged as follows.
14 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of total invoice charges
For any no show will be charged full total invoice charge.
Reduction in the number of passengers against requested bookings is considered and treated as cancellations.
Postponement or changes of dates against requested bookings is considered and treated as cancellations.
All deposits are non refundable. In the event of payment delay as per the deposit schedule, Travel Unbounded World Pvt Ltd reserves the right to release confirmed services.
Travel Unbounded World Pvt Ltd reserves the right to release all services not guaranteed by deposit, unless written credit arrangements subject to approval or fax undertaking of booking have been received by Travel Unbounded World Pvt Ltd.
