Start the journey with your arrival at the Guwahati station/airport, get greeted and straight away get transferred to Shillong. It takes around 3 hours to reach this gorgeous hill station, Shillong. On the way, drop by the Borapani Lake in the state of Meghalaya, also known as the Umiam lake, it is beautifully surrounded by Sylvan hills. On reaching Shillong visit the Cathedral Catholic Church which attracts thousands of devotees. Later check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure and later retire for the night.

After breakfast, set off for Cherrapunji, well known for receiving one of the highest rainfall in the world. Cherrapunjee is locally known as Sohra and is situated at a distance of 56 kms from Shillong. On the way we will be visiting the Shillong peak, located in the upper Shillong from where one can see the beauty of Shillong city under the clouds giving a perfect picturesque view of the city. After a while we head to the Elephanta falls, the water of this three steps falls comes down in flows from different levels over the fern-covered rocks and falls into the canyon down below. Then visit the Mawkdok Valley which is a very prominent sightseeing for tourists. Then on the way we visit the Nohsngithiang falls (Seven sisters falls) which is known to be the symbol of the Unity of the Seven States of North East India. Later than we visit the Mawsmai cave, a major crowd puller that leaves tourists spellbound. After trekking in the majestic cave we move for Eco Park, which hosts several hybrid and indigenous orchids. It also offers a breathtaking view of distant Sylhet Plains of neighboring Bangladesh.

Double Decker Root Bridge, Maghalaya’s most famous root bridge can be found in the vicinity of the wettest place Cherrapunji. Today we will trek down to one of the miraculous place in Meghalaya, the Living Root Bridge. The bridge is situated downhill to the Village, Umshiang and can only be reached by walking down the hill. Though the journey to the bridge is exhausting but it’s worth it when you reach the place. It will take us 4-5 five hours to take round trip of the bridge. Then you can proceed to visit the natures beautiful creation called Rainbow Falls. It is a natural pool where one can swim. After the determined journey we will head back to our hotel.

In the morning after breakfast we will depart for Jowai. Situated in the Amlarem Civil sub-division in jowai, Meghalaya, krangsuri is a spectacular waterfall that provides an amazing bird's eye view of the entire location. No nature lover and adventure enthusiast can afford to miss this breath-taking milky white waterfall which is a tourist's delight. This entire region is studded with visuals that take ones breath away and its sapphire blue skies are a sight to see at night. Then we will visit the Laitlum Canyons, Nestled in the embrace of majestic hills and valleys, in one such spot from where the vast, verdant and fascinating panorama of Meghalaya could be viewed and admired.
