  • Day 1
    Info  Day 1: Arrival & Beachside Relaxation
    Arrive in Visakhapatnam and check into your hotel. After some rest, head to RK Beach (Ramakrishna Beach) for a relaxing walk along the coastline and to enjoy the cool sea breeze. In the evening, visit the INS Kursura Submarine Museum, one of the few real submarines turned into a museum, and the Victory at Sea War Memorial nearby. As the sun sets, enjoy dinner at a beachfront restaurant before returning to your hotel for the night.

    Info  Day 2: Hill Views, Temples & Culture
    After breakfast, start your day with a visit to the sacred Simhachalam Temple, an ancient shrine dedicated to Lord Narasimha, located atop a forested hill. Then head to Kailasagiri Hill Park, where you can enjoy ropeway rides, panoramic views of the sea and city, and explore the giant Shiva-Parvati statues and gardens. Post lunch, relax at Rushikonda Beach, a beautiful and clean beach ideal for swimming or just unwinding. In the evening, visit Dolphin’s Nose Viewpoint, a cliff resembling a dolphin’s nose that offers stunning views of the harbor and sunset. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Info  Day 3: Araku Valley & Borra Caves Excursion

    Start early for a full-day excursion to the picturesque Araku Valley, known for its cool weather, tribal culture, and lush green hills. On the way, stop at the fascinating Borra Caves, naturally formed limestone caves with stalactites and stalagmites lit beautifully inside. Continue towards Araku and visit the Tribal Museum to learn about local traditions, and if time allows, explore a nearby coffee plantation. After lunch in Araku, return to Vizag by evening. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in your hotel.

    Info  Day 4: Wildlife, Heritage & Departure
    After breakfast, visit the Indira Gandhi Zoological Park, one of the largest in Andhra Pradesh, or the Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary for nature trails and birdwatching. Later, stop by Thotlakonda Buddhist Complex, a scenic hilltop ruin of an ancient monastery with sea views. If you missed it earlier, visit the Kali Temple near RK Beach. Enjoy some shopping for local souvenirs, or relax by the beach one last time before your departure from Vizag.
