Day 1

Info Day 1: Mysore to Coorg – Arrival & Evening Exploration

Begin your journey from Mysore to Coorg (115 km / 3.5 hrs) in the morning. On the way, stop at the famous Bylakuppe Tibetan Monastery (Golden Temple) and the peaceful Chiklihole Reservoir. Upon arrival in Coorg, check in to your resort and relax. In the evening, visit Raja’s Seat for panoramic sunset views, explore the royal Raja’s Tomb (Gaddige), and pay respects at the ancient Omkareshwara Temple before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Info Day 2: Coorg Sightseeing – Waterfalls, Elephants & Coffee

After breakfast, head to the beautiful Abbey Falls, surrounded by lush coffee estates, followed by a visit to Madikeri Fort. Start early and drive to Talacauvery, the sacred origin of River Cauvery, and then visit the Bhagamandala Temple. Continue with an adventurous jeep ride to Mandalpatti Viewpoint, known for its misty mountain panoramas. While driving back towards Mysore, you can stop at Harangi Dam or, if time allows, detour to the gorgeous Iruppu Falls. In the evening, reach Mysore for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of Coorg.
